That's a nice house by all means. However, the bedrooms are too small. I think there should've been only 2 bathrooms in that house not 3 of them so that the bedrooms could be a bit bigger. Second, it's a bit overpriced. My bid is 9 million ksh.

@@thesleepgoddess disregarding the market value of the land the house sits on, even with the current high cost of building materials, the house with all the finishes,bell & whistles can't overshoot a budget of 4m on the higher side, incl. the perimeter wall, cabro etc. Add the sellers markup @30-45% and still.... The price quoted is the cost of building a +4bd flatroof maisonette with all the finishes etc. To be frank, it's way overpriced, but a very beautiful property
