The penthouse favorites, the fireplace in the living and the den brings the cozy, the brick, the floors throughout. That terrace is EVERYTHING, it's the perfect spot to relax and get a bit (well, maybe a lot) of Zen. It's classic, unique and just sensational, it's in Tribeca! Thanks Ryan and the S. team for a look at a splendid property.

Tribeca is expensive for a reason. It’s quiet, and lacks the tourist traffic of some other areas. The buildings are gorgeous. Ton of celebrities live there. It’s pretty safe, by NYC standards. GREAT restaurants. As for this place, the outdoor space alone is worth the cost.

THAT was an impressive home. It looked so warm and inviting. It had space that you would be proud to entertain in and at the end of the night you'd slip into a different room to sit with your feet up to rest and listen to some good, soft jazz with the person you love or with a few intimate friends. On a nice warm night, you could slip outside and just enjoy the breeze as you sat naked on the lounges listening to the hum of the night traffic in Tribeca. If you can't tell, I'm in love with this place. :)

Ok, not only is this place elegant it has great character. The old brick walls, a real wood burning fireplace and a wonderfully quirky layout. It’s absolutely marvellous. And a garden in Tribeca. Who would’ve thought. Sigh. Just wondering if there’s a doorman and/or how secure the building is? Also it doesn’t perchance have parking for a car (she said hopefully)?

It's been on the market for some time. I toured it over a year ago and it's a bit disjointed. There is no relationship between the three areas and the selling point is the terrace. The kitchens need updating, the bathrooms are old. If it were made into one space, I can see it selling.

I agree, I don't like his style either. He is just too overly excited over everything. Other brokers are much more calmer, thus a more enjoyable watch. I find him a most irritating man to watch. Even with the sound off, as I watch all his mannerisms, I find him irritating. I know I'm in the minority as many like his style, I, however, do not. For once I'd like to see the apartments empty and not decorated, as the decor does not come with the apartments
