Your style is really nice and makes a great change from the very formal tours we see too often for this type of property. What can you say about this "house"? I'm at a loss for words: everywhere you look, the intelligence of the design and the quality of the workmanship shine through. Many of these homes are often more aesthetic than practical. Here, everything is there, everything you would expect from an exclusive luxury property. The best part is that it's easy to get used to, which is quite rare, and the practical aspects have not been neglected. Even the engine room is ... beautiful ! A private grand tourism spa hotel...absolutely stunning and worthy of the best in the world. A property that will undoubtedly help to put Marbella back at the forefront of luxury destinations. What a stunning property... and the finishes? Chef's kiss. Every little detail is top shelf stuff. It's difficult to see where an array of solar panels could be fit into the property without impacting the aesthetics... but it would be great if they could do it, especially where there is SO much sun all year round.

First off, great to see you guys back with another tour! We just watched a tour from Enes in an 18.5m penthouse in New York City and I've got to say for the price point I think you wound up with a far more interesting and enjoyable property. The amenities on the lower level were truly top tier, I can't imagine how relaxing that jacuzzi and cold plunge would be with the candles on and the starlights twinkling. Great job, super happy you're back and looking forward to more!

Truly & Simply one of the most MAGNIFICANT villas out there. YES it is a 5 Star residence. Not only does it offer all amenities but the highest quality of materials are used and the attn to detail is beyond reproach. That spa area & the gym both looking into that showroom garage - WOW!!! Its located very close to 1 of the best golf clubs and the beaches are just a10 minute drive away. My wish list is that is had neighbours 100M away and in a gated community. Regardless just a STUNNING property and those Views - COME ON!!!! Great house and beautifully filmed. Amazing production as always guys. Spain has seen record temperatures this year and a record drought where some rivers are almost completely dried up and there is a water shortage in some areas. I wonder what that will do for the housing prices as Spain become more and more too hot to live in during the summer. And as someone else has mentioned the area is really built full of houses and every inch of the area is going to be filled up completely with houses. I guess there is a big market for high end houses.

It is gets to warm in summer then we'd be having a longer summer. With temperatures of 28 degrees all the way to winter. The season will just shift but never the interest ! Marbs Rocks 🥰

Absolutely stunning inside and outside resort but idk, despite all of the amenities, something's missing... this home doesn't feel warm and hygge for me. Cinema room falls short, too. Having those sea views is great but natural greenery and more privacy is even greater in this price league. Presentation was spot on. As always. Kudos.

Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.

From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
