Wow... someone that owns a home that know how curtains suppose to pleat and they are at the right size... NICE Perfect for someone who wants to live in a HOA... perfect home size for me...but I really have had bad interactions with people in general... so a lot of land and room between neighbors, prefer not to have any but may not be possible, with no HOA would be perfect... LOL

@@jc2604Hawaii is an expensive place to live. Price starts at $800k and above for alright home. It’s just odd that a $1.9 million home only has little to non-impressive features in a home especially in Las Vegas.

Quite a few missteps on this property: the lack of fireplace, lack of jacuzzi, lack of cabinetry and sink in the laundry room, a black toilet (?!), poor privacy in the back, plastic floors. Otherwise, not bad.

I'd say it's worth the asking price. Love a single story home and that backyard is gorgeous. Not fond of the front door, flooring or finishes.
