The foyer, kitchen, dining,living, and butler pantry area. I love how it’s all connected without being a complete open concept. Very nice flow. Loved everything about this home, but those areas were my favorite!!!

the layout is so bad,,, just look at the master bedroom the perfect layout is to walkthrough a gym to get to your bedroom or bathroom and then to have such a small master bedroom that you can not fit a California king bed in because you have some odd bar room attached to your bedroom.... seems like a really odd layout....

I love these Luxury Canadian homes because they take the opulence of the California luxury homes and combine them with the functionality of everyday living. This home feels like a piece of art, but also a place you can realistically have a family and raise your kids here.

lol what functionality,,, the master bedroom is a disaster of 5 small rooms attached,,,, the actual bedroom is so small to fit a big bed not to mention the kitchen is so bad, they keep their dishes on the lower open cabinets and has no pantry or place to keep the food you need to eat

This would be my dream home if there were no carpet in the house. But that’s my own pet peeve, I absolutely love the modern style of the home and all the conveniently hidden storage spaces. The bedrooms upstairs are so creative as far as space goes. I don’t think I’ve seen the Murrow idea with the natural lighting from the window idea before, so amazing!

Yeah, carpet is one of those things that either you love it or hate it. Love the mirror in front of the window as well, so unique!

I love the house design it feels so cozy and warm, for the primary bedroom, if it was structurally possible id replace the wall separating the bed area and the office with a floor-to-ceiling glass or wooden partition. and id never leave lol

I'm curious if any of these higher end properties are also built to better energy performance standards than a regular home in regards to insulation in the attic, exterior walls, or basement floor slab, as well as the type of HVAC systems that are used (heat pumps, etc)? Maybe its just me but whenever I visit a show home, I'm always checking out the mechanical rooms to see if the builder put much effort into some of those aspects as well.

Why is mike no longer doing the tours? The amount of exposure he gained compared to the more recent tour guides is absurd, consistently pulling in 5-20x the views of current tours. He is the face of the brand, you just can't replace him.

We took a break in 2021 and just now getting things back up and running, that is also a major factor in the decrease. As for Mike, It's his decision and we have to respect that. We will continue to adjust and find what works moving. - Jaden

When I was married had young kids but did not had enough money to buy a large house. 15 years later I made a lot of money and can afford any mansion I want but during the pursuit of wealth I got divorced and wife and kids became estranged. Now I am more unhappy in my big house then I ever was in my 2 bedrrom rancher. Love life not wealth.

Firewood in the home? They literally advise against it… Yknow, pests and what not. It’s recommended to only keep 1-2 days of firewood within your home and the rest should be no less than 5 feet from your building.

I didn’t really like it. The Henry is still hands down the best design to come out of Trickle Creek. If I had to pick something to like I would have to say that I like the kids room lofts, but they need to be a bit bigger to accommodate adults. Especially because more and more families are choosing to remain childless and will need to use that space does something else.

Don't like the darkness of the walls anybody that's probably gonna buy it's gonna have to repait the walls and all that wood in the doorway it's a blond wood looks like that wood paddling from the seventies has a cheap look to it It's nice to have a nice white or light page clean look to the place. Looks kind of like Hugh Hefner's mansion very dated. And the cabinets are very plain very clean lines very ikea like it's nice to have something nice and wood and sculpted. That's one thing I believe most people like including myself is nice wooden cabinets that have some character to it. And the cabinets are not an attractive color. The home requires a lot of renovations to look nice. Love the Butler's pantry But if you're gonna go to the expense of making a Butler's pantly you should just turn it into a spice kitchen and have the ventilation.
