Just sitting on a plot of land from an old farm. Neighbors are too close. Would need to spend $$$ on landscaping and then wait years for it to actually look inviting.

Nothing against you guys, but i think next time choose who should present what part of the house, because you guys ended up not showing us most of the details like rooms, the office or the drive way or the outdoor interiors of the house.

Wow, this house is so much better than a lot of the other houses that I’ve seen. They are costing 10 times more than this really nice place. I finally figured out why they put these big glass door in . Because they don’t have an elevator or if it has to be repaired or bringing another one they won’t have to tear down the front way to get it in

Why the low pitched roofs? It is Canada where they get a ton of snow? Seems silly to me. You might need to own a window washing company as well. That salt spray gets everywhere.

All flat roofs with skylights in Canada????? YIKES! That is a recipe for disaster. House is very sterile. Those tall ceilings will be very expensive to heat. It looks cool but I don't think it is actually a good home. It's a show home to impress. I'm not impressed. Too many right angles and stark colors.

That whole community looks like the most miserable place in the world to live. No trees, no features of any kind. Just a bunch of Mcmansions scattered around a farm field.

Best home I’ve seen by far… just needs a pool and an outdoor kitchen! So my company can be outside instead of all over my light colored carpet and sofa😂
