I really love how they used the space. 3 stories high instead of the 2 you get on most similar villas. Plus, they have a 2 story living room, but used most of the 2nd floor space with prime sea views for actual rooms, not just "dead space" above your living room.

Very nice video. 👍👌 As much as modern villas are nice but it would be lovely to see a full tour of beautifully renovated Belle Epoque style villa such as villa St Antoine, villa Favorite, and also the famous chateau de la croix de gardes from the movie of princess Grace Kelly of Monaco haven't seen a tour of it yet. Belle epoque villas are one of main reasons why this place has classy and elegant history.

Or is this one made of some good sturdy material (stone/concrete/bricks whatever)? The house is in France after all... EDIT: found it. It's made of massive concrete from ground to top!
