Nice buildings. Nice infrastructure. Problem is are we going to maintain these buildings? They all look good in the beginning but give it 3 years. Everything starts breaking down bit by bit electricity cuts, water problems, ceilings, crack. We fail to maintain these structures. It's really sad for Africans. We have these beautiful buildings we set up and then we fail to maintain them. The minimum maintenance we can do
