If I have to pay 16.72 crores for a NY style apartment in Mumbai - I would rather migrate to NY and live in NY style apartment in NY itself - I can also get cheaper apartments than this one in Miami - Miami is better than Mumbai

@techfiveguy u r wrong. Apartments in Lenox Hill, Gramercy Park, Greenwood Heights, Midtown East, Midtown West (all these neighbourhoods come under Manhattan) are available for less than 14 crores. Absolutely gorgeous views from Bedroom. That means you are saving 2.72 crores & you are getting an actual NY style apartment in New York.

So basically in Byculla average property rates are 35K and the 45K being the maximum. If u even factor in the interior costs of 3K - 4K per sqft then still it shouldn't be priced above 40K per sqft. At 75K+ per sqft one would probably buy a flat/ penthouse in projects like Lodha Altamount nd not in byculla

New York style homes don’t have split AC, wonder when the central AC will start getting installed in high rises. Split ac are not eco friendly and energy saving

There are very little to almost no apartments with central AC’s, even today almost no developer provides a centralized AC system if we talk about a semi - furnished builder finish condition and this is also from the builder’s end and even though this is a fully furnished one we can at least agree that NYC homes don’t come with Split AC’s and adapting that would be surely better.
