Thanks for doing this tour, I live in Croydon and do video tours here, other areas of London and have captured pics of the developments for years but couldn't get a tour at Ten Degrees when I popped in with a friend. I like the concept of all the communal spaces in Ten Degrees and similar developments in town creating more opportunity for residents to get to know their neighbours as well as offer larger spaces for events not possible to be held in the apartments. I hope you'll do a tour of the tower behind it when it's completed.

Those prices for a flat opposite East Croydon station, a view of the train tracks and no balcony/immediate outside space? Anyone renting one of these must have spent a bit too long in the 'spoons that is just 2 mins walk away! If the other new builds within 2 miles can't find buyers or renters then this place isn't looking too promising. I guess the few takers will have much easier access to the rest of the, admittedly impressive, facilities though. Interior is nice - but you'd expect that in a show flat.
