would really like to see this house staged. at its current state its really hard to tell what it is. will the developers leave it with the plain white color or add a contrasting color combo? it would make the house pop. I think 11,5 mil is a fair price.

@@dirxtope the fit and finish are standard, nothing towards the upper end. Then the is the issue of privacy, that swimming pool in front of the house is a big no. The style of the house also counts against the price level. I can easily find a house that costs R8 million that bests that one in all the areas I have mentioned. Going R11 million is closer to premium in this country and the house should look it.
