We did realise afterwards we had put our stuff right there at the entrance between the door and myself, the annoying camera man , hence I couldn’t shoot that part (you’ll notice a few things lay around in the background). Is it me or what, I think property in Stein City is over priced. I might as well buy in Camps Bay if houses here are averaging R20 Million, while you have apartments that can still access same amenities.

Thanks for stopping by, KC. That’s the exciting thing about real estate! It’s not only location-based with some ppl wanting to be at the coast vs others near the hustle’n’bustle of CBD, the different styles play a major part in it as well. Personally, zero chance I’d ever spend R20m on a CT apartment, whilst I can get a property this size in Joburg for same/less money! 🤔

That’s a bit ironic to say, as Cape Town properties historically are significantly more expensive for much less. The value is simply not there, as you’re paying for the sea views mostly in the purchase price, and as you say, getting an apartment there for the same price as a full sized luxury home in South Africa’s top estate? I’m privileged to be in Steyn City and I therefore do know my way around luxury property in JHB, at least. There is simply nothing that comes close to the environment , quality of the homes and the facilities in this private estate. It’s a must to visit at some point to see for yourself!

@@RR-ht9db All i was saying is that there are other estates that are similar to Steyn City providing you with the scenery of a green belt, Golf Course and other amenities for half the price.
