Finally we get to see a full proper show of this prestigious masterpiece! This is a property that got me to fall in love with the one and only SBE Architects and further drew my interest to the Steyn City. When an Architect loves and are passionate with what they do, This is the result of such. Words alone are just not enough to describe this sanctuary. That master Bedroom, the kitchen and the entertainment area are just out of this world! Thank you Xavier and Vic for such an outstanding presentation of this masterpiece.

I hear you! Their boundary line is literally ONE METER from their fence. Thereafter, it’s greenbelt…so perfect for this home. It naturally flows from their property onto that section…AND guaranteed no future neighbours in front either. I’m shy a few R10 millions to buy my dream house here 🫣

I hear you. The owner told me he’s selling as it’s not being used for its primary built function: an entertainers home, given they have a couple of children now. Different stage in life; different priorities. He’s moving elsewhere in Steyn City as they LOVE the lifestyle it offers 🤗
