Nice tour. Very detailed. I always like watching these house tours. The kitchen worktops are gorgeous. Looks more like a stone worktop than laminate.

Can't believe a house of this size has such a small closet in the master suite. Should have a walk in wardrobe. A lot of these developers should take a look at Redrow houses. They still take the lead by quite a margin.

I agree. Also, although the downstairs seems OK, those bedrooms look cramped. That 4th bedroom is barely usable, even for a single bed ( that's the reason a lot of the time the smallest bedrooms are staged as anything but an actual bedroom, office etc ) 1750 sqft for a 4 bed house is tiny! This should be set up and sold as a 3 bed house at best, but then of course they can't charge as much for it. An annoying trend for a lot of builders is that they will try and squeeze 1 more bedroom than it should have just to maximise the price but this inevitably means the final/smallest room is barely usable as an actual bedroom but also results in sacrificing space in the other bedrooms making them cramped , like the house in this video. 🤦♂️

Just noticed something about the downstairs toilet design - having the windows near the entrance seems impractical since they can't be opened for ventilation. This could be an issue for maintaining fresh air in the bathroom. Maybe adding an exhaust fan would help solve this? Otherwise, great walkthrough of the space!
