Gorgeous neighborhood perfectly situated. Though if I were looking at that price point there I certainly would consider Lake Norman as well. We’re thinking about moving to that area someday. Live on the water in Sarasota area now and getting tired of the storms, taxes, insurance, and the very real thought that each year your home could be destroyed. We have a second home near Asheville, so you know how this storm season has gone! 😖

Can you tell me if the property tax is like a council charge for services. Does it cover the security fees. I know when spending this kind of money annual charges are probably not an issue but some of the charges are ridiculous. Here in London the cost of staying in a luxury apartment is huge and on top you need another fortune to maintain and manage the building.

Property taxes are completely separate from homeowners fees for the neighborhood

You can ride around the neighborhood with a golf cart. Supermarket is directly across the street almost. Whole Foods. I don’t think golf carts are allowed on the road. But you might be able to use the sidewalks! It’s literally right there as well as having your choice of restaurants and shopping. Thanks for stopping by!

@@tdp-sirbanking!!! Charlotte is the second largest financial city in the country right behind NYC.. So that equals money. Look it up. A few of the nations banks are headquartered or have major operations in the area. Also several professional athletes and celebrities call Charlotte home or own second properties there even if they play for teams elsewhere or living elsewhere.
