🛁 bathtub in the bedroom looks amazing but need to consider the cleaning, mold is very easy to acumulate in rainy weather countries like UK, Scotland. In Japan we NEVER add a bathtub inside the room. In fact, all current bathrooms are all plastic walls with magnet sheets underneath to avoid mold in houses, apartments and mansions ( in Japan we call apartments with elevator Mansion). A lot of crappy bathroom remodeling companies cheat on magnet wall insulations to cut cost but what happens is that over the years, mold builds up in between the bathroom plastic walls and the main construction walls, damaging the entire area. So to keep the cost down, some apartments use the smallest plastic bathroom unit called Unit bath. It comes with the toilet. 😊
