Exactly 💯. Even if they offer this place for free, I wouldn't want to live in this. I see no real value in this place. This is exactly how a home shouldn't be. A home should make you feel cosy, comfortable and that you have an emotional connect to it. This house has none of it. It has little to no detailing like most of the new developments in Dubai. Even the artwork looks dull and boring and felt like scrambled from different parts of the world randomly. This looks more like a fancy penthouse with no real value except for the location.

Excellent presentation as always. Here is my take. The inside looks more like an office. 10:20 the space reserved for the bed is 20 cm from the wall on either side. The house has only 1 level. The roof looks like a factory ventilation system. There is no garden or lawn. 125 million US dollars? Not worth 25 million. The land may be worth that amount but not the house. Compare it to a 50 million dollars mansion in Beverly Hills or Bel Air.

That's the biggest dining table and biggest pool I've ever seen. Love all the travertine and art, but it makes the whole place look more like an art museum or gallery. Not enough amentities... for this price I would expect an incredible home cinema with dolby atmos, a full size gym with spa (steam room, sauna, cold plunge, massage room, indoor pool). And where was the kitchen? lol maybe it's hidden but I would've expected a show kitchen

The architecture is great. Colors are mostly monotone but that's the palette that is popular or prevalent for UAE. The plot of land is quite small but I guess Dubai property values are in a boom at the moment. Some may say bubble. In LA this would go for 25 or 30m, because for 125m you expect a 10 acre plot and 50 000sqft of built property.

Beautiful home. The audio transitions between the cut scenes and the presentation is off though. It’s louder during the music in the cutscenes and then softer when you begin speaking. I have at to adjust my volume to hear you then the music it’s blasting too loudly. Just for future reference.

Land of 4000sqft in umm saquim worth 15m max design and supervision 200k , construction cost with the highest end finishing will not cost more than 1000 per sqft 22000 built up area total cost of construction is around 22m and I’m sure finishing its not high end at all thus total cost of the property equal to 37.2 million dirham add 10 million profit 😂 final price shouldn’t be more than 47.2 m mostly maybe less but not half billon, with half billion I can easily buy 80+ floor tower at sheik Zayed road 😂😂😂 It’s either money laundry scam or just propaganda to increase property Prices Dubai gov. Needs to keep attention and investigate this scam
