I missed who was the builder of the beautiful listing? I think I just found my forever home! DREAM HOME! This one is it for me, it’s special and really spoke to me! My prayer now is that God finds me worthy of possessing such a stunningly beautiful home like this? Because I’m asking him now to allow me the means to purchase this beautiful home! I would like it built here in the North Texas area, and the resources to afford building it locally! I love how these expensive homes are 10’ away from their neighbors. 🙄 It doesn’t matter (to me) how nice it is if your neighbors are that close it represents a BIG risk on such a BIG investment. My two cents. Many people are (obviously) going this route for their own reasons.

Those are show homes. Meaning, all those houses nearby aren't meant to be lived in and they usually bundle them close like that so the future homeowner can tour all the models they have available in the community

This is 8 mos ago? I guarantee this house is valued over $1M or pretty close to it by now. My husband and I bought our 2014 home in 2018 a little over $500K in a cedar park/Leander area. (A north suburb of Austin). A home across the street that didn’t have all the upgrades, less bedrooms, and 1200sq smaller than ours sold for $700K last month in less than a week. We have a fully functional outdoor kitchen and a home theater that are very appealing. If we had other options in the area to move to, we would sell our house probably for $950K. Homes are selling well over asking price in my area. I feel for first time home owners here in Austin. Even building is much of an option as builders in some cases are 1-2 years behind.

Great depression... as they need to hike rates to the moon to provide price stability, the home like this will settle for $150K. Grant it, most people won't have a job. And the jobs they do have will pay slightly less than the median income of today... and payments at 17% to 28% will be as high as they are right now. But at least you won't be on the hook for paying half a million back.

Beautiful home. Crazy I live in the east and my house is $150K less than this and its not even anywhere the square footage or as nice as this. Probably the $817K is just the base price, by the time you add all the available options, you''ll likely be looking at price well over a million.

I can’t believe how folks got fooled to click on the link just because of the pic on the video. So FYI, just for lot premium around where they’re building this model home in the video, 2.5 years ago, lot premium was about $100-120K Now add to that construction cost of almost 900+K without any upgrades. Once you add upgrades to your selection, I don’t even know what will be your final price point. Now these prices were like 2.5 to 3 years ago, before all the big the world and Musk and company decided to move to Austin. Now around the neighborhood where this video was filmed, you have to enter a bid to even see if you’ll even be selected/considered to build there. High bidders will win. Folks when you’re reading this kind of videos, take the time to research and found exactly what true market situation is around Austin. We’ve seen folks selling their homes in other states and moving to Austin because of such videos like this one. Remember: The grass is not always green on the other side……

Very beautiful home, nice lines and the openess draws you in. Good fast tour, no wasted time and showed what the overall look was. The stair case railing on the right is a hassard...the railing must curve with the stair case...when it doesn't it can be a tripping hassard even though it's the railing because it's abrupt for a home. The inner side must be like a semi circle so people can step and with the stair case. You dont really want the elbow..you want a smooth transtion.

The kitchen island I would make layered...that means that at opposite sides you can move and lock into place...to make it more like a V or semicircle... Just throwing ideas at you.
