Brightland is one of the only Central Texas builders I've never worked with, never been inside their models before. Nice floorplan though. Decent price point too, even for Kyle. Anything starting under 500k for that sq ft is good for this market. That same house is in the 600-700k range in most areas. You work for Brightland or are you an independent agent?

This is a modern home. I much prefer wooden barley twist stair cases with oak floors and more curvicture to the home. This is a lovely home and one thing I have noticed with today's new homes is that they are either square or rectangularly shaped. A few are round but there are no intricate designs like the victorian houses. Such a shame.
