Oh, my goodness, that is perfect. I adore it, it’s a great layout and a it has lovely vitality, coupled with flowing lines. Plenty of space, absolutely stunning outdoor spaces, and dreamy views. So beautiful. And the tile, what art. Loved the kitchen. Normally the houses feel empty, this one I could feel the future gatherings. If I could manifest a home in Positano then this is what I would want……

This is a truly breathtaking place. The upstairs alfresco dining area next to the lemon tree must be lovely when the tree is flowering or fruiting, and if they're ripe, you can just pick them off the tree to complement the meal! And the views of Positano from the terraces or windows are to die for

@@infinitelo_op 10:50 Not many, it's the "second" villa (top center of the screen), anyway, if you can buy something a 26 million euro (this without considering taxes, annual maintenance, personal staff etc), where to park the car is the least of the problems (50-100m can be found a garage, you only need to pay), that assuming you'd like to use the car in Positano (not a smart move).

The interior is (sorry to say) cheap looking and the hand painted tiles just make it look like a mental breakdown! The location is 95% of its value! It's a fantastic location with potential(new floors and so on), I know it's tradition to use this style of painted tiles and decoration, but hideous traditions are ment to be broken! 😊 5% of the list price would be spent on the interior so it will match the property's price tag, just my opinion!😁

There’s a lot to like here…the view is absolutely incredible! The outdoor spaces are very nice too, especially that garden area with the grass and gazebo, just dreamy! But the inside of the villa is a bit of a let down. The fittings in the kitchens for instance, don’t match that of a property selling for 26 million! And the tiling through out most of the house maybe hand painted and all that, but is extremely fussy and reminds me of the awful tiling used in most 70s and 80s era homes. Just cringeworthy 😬 As for the presenter, she seems like a sweetheart but her lines feel too scripted and stiff. Mind you, she is presenting in what is a foreign language to her, so understandable I suppose. And by her family name, she seems to be married to a Brit 🤷‍♂️

The wide angel distortion filming the rooms at waist level are nauseating to look at make the walls look curved and give a shaking jelly effect as the videographer moves around. Half the shots are underexposed and make the house look damp and dark. These last two videos with the new videographer are a major step back in quality. Other than that cool property and great presenter.

I wish you would actually walk to the rooms or at least use your teacher hands to excessively point out the doors to the rooms, so the pointing stands out from your constant you are talking now hand swinging. You standing or slow walking in the passage while telling me which rooms exist are not a sales argument. I want you to walk into each room, show it well and show me the view out of each room, and I want to see you walking from location to location, also outdoors, and not be randomly hit with now you are somewhere else. I am not a man and can make do with looking at a woman while my wife decides. I want to experience the layout of the house. A walking house tour should show me 100 percent of the house and not 50 percent you talking about the house and swinging your hands while showing me nothing. I actually came to realize, that I prefer house tours with soft piano music replacing the agent and a little written info added. That unimportant the talking of a presenter is in reality to me, because my eyes decide. Compared to male house presenters, this here is lacking the appreciation for details, the social component of letting the camera man explain or state an opinion, and the comic relief of banter. I am sorry to say, but your presentation not just bores me, it annoys me. I was unable to finish watching any of your videos, because not only is the layout not shown, your excessive hand swinging, which was unfortunately not used to point out the house properly, distracted me. You could at least lower one of your hands from time to time and show more personal appreciation and interaction with the house. You look like a random actor getting paid for learning your text and being told where to stand to say it. It is not up to par with the price of the house.

You have too many cuts in your videos, the narration does not make up for showing things in their actual location or misses the connection between narration and what is shown, and what exactly are the two second drone shots with four cuts supposed to show? You videos are stressful to me. Just one example of this video: showing you staring into one direction and lengthily narrating that there is a window with excellent view, and only after that pointless scene showing the window and view from a side angle... who else is bad at their job? Make the videos longer, get a better presenter and a better screenwriter and someone who is good at editing. My suggestion.
