Inside Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz’s Oceanside Mansion | Open Door | Architectural Digest

Today AD brings you to sunny La Jolla, California on the coast of the Pacific Ocean to tour the art-filled, modernist home of superstar couple Alicia Keys and Kasseem Dean (a.k.a. Swizz Beatz.) A stunning cliffside mansion by architectural designer Wallace E. Cunningham, Kasseem had the multi-level "Razor House" as his phone’s screen saver for 8 years, waiting for a day when the stars would align. Once he and his Grammy-award winning wife were able to make it their own, they set out with AD100 designer Kelly Behun to craft a home they now call their literal “Dreamland.” As for the results? “When your screen saver comes to life, it’s unbelievably crazy” says Dean.

Only God knows. In reality when tend to marry people for all of the wrong reasons. Sometimes two people get married, and realize they wasn't really ever supposed to be together in a romantic relationship. They was probably only supposed to be friends, or just know each other in passing. And chose to turn it into something else. It was never really God's will for that. What an original house, they have created something really cool here !! And i love Alicia as an artist and we have all seen her grow in het stage performance. I remember seeing her in Amsterdam when she first came out as an artist. Several shows later i even had the chance to meet her. She knew 6 particular fans that she wanted to see after the show. But all of them had friends with them and i was lucky enough to be one of them. When she came into the dressing room she was so surprised about the group of 20, but she was so cool about it. Great woman !! ❤
