I honestly would have guessed much more. If you think of the number of people that this house can hold and the quality of live, it may be a good investment. I'm more turned off by the old/dated looks. The TVs look outdated and maybe a tad small for today's standards. The brownish colors make it look like a old people's house combined with the furs the house has and the old car. Young people need more open areas, more hightech gadets and more vivid colors.

Until now, this Las Vegas Estate is still on the market for $12.5M now. I wish this is still on the market 10 years from now so that I can buy this mansion. And I wish this will be like $8-10M and it's worth it for me in that price. Yes, this was built way back in 1995 but I like it even more. It's a vintage in exterior and in interior is a mix of modern and old fashion designs. I love it!
