This chick is doing what she can, doing her best to promote these properties, i just wish the owners will listen to potential customers and also learn from real estate around the world and integrate green spaces/trees which helps cool the neighborhood and helps the environment. those types of things could be a deal breaker. We can learn from South African real estates.

Nice minimalistic apartment! I am still trying to imagine why some apartments place a washing machine in the kitchen. Well, for this apartment I can understand that it is due to the limited space but I am still not cool with it.

@complex motion I was speaking for myself when I said " I wouldn't buy the crib for 6 million". I wasn't trying to discourage anyone from buying the apartment. How's that so difficult for you to understand?

@Ulearn Media "... incapable of myself" you say? You've got no idea what I own. Funny you! We see 'opportunities' differently; what appeals to you might not appeal to me one bit. Different strokes for different folks. Shikena! All the best to you, too.

Honestly, I find it weird how anyone would wonna actually BUY a 1 bedroom apartment, well unless it's a spacious beachfront bachelor's pad in duplex format. Personally, I'd just rent till I could buy a family home.
@TheWorldofSam4 жыл бұрын
Well, you'd be renting from someone who actually bought it. Get the point now?
@edenoasis4 жыл бұрын
Spot on @the world of Sam. @GHOST, rental income?Air BnB? There you go, few reasons. This is what real estate investment is all about.
@GHOST-cy7rc4 жыл бұрын
@@TheWorldofSam well NOPE... cause you'd invariably be set back at ₦18Million from actualizing the goal of your dream home you've really been saving towards. Fact, at a certain age and level in life, it makes very little to no sense buying a 1 bedroom apartment. For anyone with family in mind, rent while you're single, save up then buy a family home in due time, so you later could invest in real estate from a position of strength, rather than buying a very very short term apartment today, then in 3yrs,u find that you'd be needing a bigger place to setup your family to make for a befitting home, and then probably find yourself paying ₦3Million per annum on rentals, burning ₦30m In 10yrs, on a property that you'd had bought if only you waited a little longer to buy it outrightly. Get the point too.
@TheWorldofSam4 жыл бұрын
@@GHOST-cy7rc Lol. You're being very short-sighted and not looking at a bigger picture. Your initial comment literally stated that you found it weird that ANYONE would buy a 1-bed apartment, and that you'd rather rent one. My comment stated the obvious, which you still didn't grasp. A lot of people would buy a 1-bed apartment, so that they can rent it out to people like you. Or you didn't think you'd be renting your house from an actual owner? Now to your follow-up explanation. As a single man, if you have the money, it is actually still wise to buy a one-bedroom apartment as your home. When you eventually need a bigger space, you have 2 options. You can sell it off, most certainly at a much higher price than you got it. You get to save 3-5 years rent, while also making a huge profit. This way, you can get your bigger space sooner than, if you had kept on saving a constantly depreciating currency in the bank, while also paying rent on the side. Inflation can prevent you from ever owning a home, if you keep "saving money"... so whichever you can afford for now, buy it... you can always sell-off later at market price. - That's wisdom. The second option... if you end up making some sudden huge money that is more than enough for your bigger space, you can choose to rent the smaller space out (to people with your original mindset)... that would be a good start to your real estate investment. When you are tired of renting, you'd still have a full building and land that you can sell-off at a current price. - Still wisdom. With all that said. Your choice and logic behind your real estate purchase is yours btw, so I'm not denigrating how you spend your money. Just making it clear that it isn't "weird" for ANYONE to buy a one-bedroom apartment. Peace.
@GHOST-cy7rc4 жыл бұрын
@@TheWorldofSam IMO : Inasmuch as the laws of compound interest would *eventually* catch up, thus making a 1 bedroom apartment yield profit down the line,... it however, just won't be worth the initial splurge for anyone with a bigger goal in sight, one which accounts for Family. It should go without saying,that my analogy is based off of an individual looking to acquire his first home, not a home owner seeking a 2nd property for Investment purpose, cause then, of course, any property gotten at the right price in the right location would invariably become a snowballing money making machine, but, this is not the category I'm addressing. I really could go on to elaborately break it down but a thousand words still might not be enough. It's a classic case of different strokes for different folks... There would always be a counter argument that'll make sense to each individual making his own case, cause the interpretation of wise investments varies according to interpersonal perspectives, so, on that note... Truly, let's leave it as it is. Peace.👍
