I work in luxury hotel in London just opposite Nigeria embassy as maintenance technician ( Corinthia Hotel London ), those smart curtains, showers, toilets ect... are nightmare when it's come to maintenance or service it cost a lot of money. Congratulations for your house it is beautiful but be prepared to get things fix very often.

Your home is beautiful but I have issue with the wc location at 10:30 point of video; it's so awkward to use! It should be on thesame wall as the sink vanity but I know most nigerian homes has this Same issue due to ensuring that piping goes directly to outside wall incase of future maintenance.
