Wrong. Tours that just have pretty homes in it without people get virtually no views on KZbin. Why? Because people watch people. It’s not ego, it’s not narcissism, it’s the analytics. A gap over even 8 seconds without narration or someone on camera leads to a significant - 15-20% drop in viewership. That’s what the numbers say. Also, I’m hired to not just show the house, but to actually sell its features / things not so easily seen or understood through just just video of the spaces. Also i spent 35 hours making this video, when other agents just put a sign in the yard, so yeah, you bet I’m gonna be in the video. I want people to buy the house, get to know who i am, and call me in the future. In 5’9, average in every way, and missing a tooth - I’m not in love with being in front of the camera.
