I absolutely love this home, especially the kitchen and dining room. You would never have to talk me out of a white or light kitchen because I don’t feel like they have much personality, and I would have used the floor in the prep kitchen without a second’s thought. I’ve always loved the alternating dark and light flooring on the diagonal. I think the mirror wall is wonderful and looks so good with the metal doors and wall in the living room. The office is such a dream, especially the wall treatment with the grass cloth and dark walls. As much as I love the home, the outside would be awfully hard to leave, and the pool is the prettiest you’ve done, I think. Well done!!

Had to find your youtube clip as you described the 'dirty' kitchen. In Australia and England (and probably a lot of other countries) we call the dirty kitchen a 'butler's pantry' as this use to be where the butler would do the prep so it wasnt seen in the main kitchen.

Ok number one tip you shared that I learned the hard way is: Everything can't be a moment but every room/space should ha e a moment. Yass! We accidentally made more than one thing a moment in our kitchen and it could seem overwhelming because there's a lot to look at with a tuxedo kitchen and a spotlight backsplash. first time watching this channel and let me tell you Kristen, thank you for your thorough explanation and detail to audience. I'm borrowing lots of ideas from this video :) Also as i'm watching more of this video, I am currently thinking the same for my primary suite, post bed but also having an issue with where to plave TV/Dresser. Now noticing that the window is the main focal point and off centered is the TV and Dresser combo. I truly had a concern if I were to do that as well but I see here and it plays out so well and beautifully with the drapes and window.

Bedrosians Urban 24x24 was the tile used in the messy kitchen, PLEASE confirm the two colors used in this project. When I look it up I have Raven Black, Iron Blue, Lava Gray and Nova White . I'm trying to recreate this exact look but I'm unsure of the combination. Your design style is amazing !! Be Blessed

I saw this video and loved the colour (actually i love the whole kitchen). It looks blue in the video but when i tried a small sample in my kitchen it reads grey. Do you think seems grey because i saw it on such a small sample, do you think when blown up the blue comes through more?
