This place is pretty nice, but the stain they chose on the ceiling beams and wood trim is too yellow,for me. Pity. I also would have replaced all the gold brass with antique bronze. Would have looked much classier. That stone backsplash above the stove…….good luck keeping that clean……. The inset cabinets are pure class….gorgeous. I wish the ceilings were a bit higher and the hallways a bit wider….. understanding that would add to the price considerably….

Great plus size family home, everything in this home has a great open airy concept. Favorite part of this home is how well thought out the laundry room was and how the owners suite has a washer and dryer in it as well plus the kitchen. The only one disturbing item in this home is the chandelier above the staircase. Overall amazing property.

I just recently found you and love your videos. First with the scripture verse at the beginning and then the way you do your videos. So many home tours make me motion sick from them moving too fast, but yours are smooth and seamless. Your music is upbeat and fun. I’m enjoying all the Utah parade of homes, even though I will never move to Utah or have a several million dollar home. But it is fun to see how the other half live. I love how this house has a his and hers closet, that shoe rack in the women’s is the bomb! And it is so smart to have a washer and dryer in there too.

Absolutely love these videos. However, when you start with the bible and scripture quotes, the undercurrent of that thought only encourages like-minded CHRISTIANS to live there: I was raised Christian, for reference. Words matter. It leads other non-identifying Christian faiths to believe they would not be welcome in a neighborhood like this. Your content is full of love and beauty, which is already in alignment with a conscious connection. The need to start with proclaiming Christian beliefs actually disconnects the conscious connection to other individuals who do not celebrate FAITH similarly. It's not very Christ-like. I think food for thought is good.

Wow. There is a lot to unpack here…Firstly, I’m glad you love my videos! Secondly, I want to make it clear to everyone that my videos are 100% inclusive to folks from all walks of life. I’ve presented properties in the inner cities of Atlanta, GA all the way to the Morman state of Utah! Lol. I love real estate and I pride myself in having a channel that everyone can experience and enjoy. With that said, The luxury homes and neighborhoods that I present are NOT built only for Christians or faith-minded people. Like I said, Anyone can watch my videos and those who are fortunate enough to afford these homes can purchase and live in these neighborhoods regardless of their faith, background or religion etc. My small bible scripture at the beginning of my videos are my way of spreading a little positivity and healing to the world. If it’s not for you, then no big deal just skip over it. But even if it reaches only one person and touches their heart then I am contempt with that! To me, spreading these positive biblical scriptures to the masses is the most Christ-like thing I’ve done and it has truly brought me closer to God on a personal note. For $5M, I need REAL wood floors, wood burning fireplace, bigger master bedroom because that is not a suite (no wet bar, no separate sitting area), no access to your own patio. I also need real carpet, not industrial carpet found in office buildings. Also, for $5M I need a separate wash room from everyone else and not washer/dryer units in my closet. Everytime your appliances need repair, people are going through your bedroom,bathroom, and then closet. If your washer leaks, all that water will ruin your industrial carpet and clothes. Who designed this house? I am willing to bet a pack of skittles it was a man because . Also....whoever buys this house, please know you are an arms length away from homes that cost $350K and less😂😂😂
