Fantastic to see another sportbike guy that gets what Harleys are all about...they arent as fast, they dont brake as good but you ride them and you feel like a straight up GANGSTER...especially on the low big tire ones (I have. aBreakout Pro Street that is all cammed out as well)

Dude has a whole dealership in his garage 😮 Absolutely beautiful bikes, and I didn't expect to say this, but asethetically, the V4 is my favorite from his collection. I think it's only natural for us to want the next best thing, and as a fellow 600 rider liter bikes are that next thing, but hearing him say the zX6r was the most enjoyable bike to ride on the day-to-day was all the validation I needed to keep my ZX6R. Down the line I may get a liter bike or maybe a bobber, but I'll always keep my 600 (probably turn it into a track bike if I move down south). Great video D! Looking forward to your test drive of his collection 😂

I can agree with Burton on the 600. I had a GSXR600. Lowered it a little. Geared, removed all the stickers. It was so much fun to ride around on. Went to an R1 and then Aprilia RSV4. But still miss that 600.

I have an 04 R1 that my Dad bought new in 04. Early on in him owning it, he wired in an on/off switch that's mounted on the bars, to turn on the fans whenever you want. I live in LA, it gets hot, there's obviously bad traffic and lights/stop signs every 5 feet. When it hits around 200 degrees, I kick the fans on and it's no issue. I donno if itd solve the overheating issue on the Ape, but it might help. And it's a super cheap n easy fix.
