Are the plugs that connect the 2 motors the same? Recently received one of these cameras and the movements are wrong, have to use up down buttons to rotate cam and left/right buttons to tilt, i'm guessing the manufacturer reversed the plugs

There's two different circuit for each motors on the board of the camera. You can try to change the port of the two motors that's plugged on the board to correct it

@@bertodiy It also explains why after a reset it points directly up whereas other videos i have seen the camera points forwards, I just wanted to check that both plugs are the same (I haven't actually opened it up yet) to check.

With these wifi cameras the motor that makes the camera pan left to right is there 4 or 5 wires going to that motor? as i have a similar wifi camera but it wont rotate right only left

you can track the pcb lay out or the area w/c the antenna is located, you can look for the cold solder and wire remains of the antenna that had been pulled out

Hi friend, i have the same camera but when the camera power is on the first time it won't rotate and there is no flush light at that time. But from the app, we can rotate it to any angle. and also its led's lights not working only black and white image show at night time not color. any solution?

Kamusta Berto! Nice video, you did this teardown/repair because of weak wifi signal. I'm assuming it's better now. (?) Before doing this, I bet you have checked the signal quality/strength or data rate in the router ... If so, an approximate values "before/after" in the video description would be very interesting!

Hello bro, I'm having the almost same camera, it died because of voltage up down, I opened it the inner circuit which is taking direct 220v is burned but thankfully the main upper circuit is fine, so i want to know whether this camera is using 12v power or 5v,9v? If you could help, i would be really grateful

Hi , I the one ip. got a camera from a friend because it no longer worked. He had already thrown it on the scrap heap, I opened the camera that has two white antennas and now it turns out that a black cable from an antenna is loose but I don't know where I soldered it to. try checking the power connector inside the camera, i also experienced that issue in one of my ip cam when i opened it, the power connector inside the unit from the usb is unplugged or disconnected

@@bertodiy thanks for the info. Got it to power up but now facing problem with the panning motor. It is quite tight and causing the movement to stop before homing. Do you know where to get the motor? thanks.

Nadamás le falto explicar a dónde va conectado el otro extremo del cable de la antena. Mi camara es igual y ese cable está suelto del lado de la tarjeta pero no estaba soldado. Cosa que me parece ma extraño aun

I have the same problem. What's strange is that despite this it worked for a year, although the night mode is quite weak, you can hardly see anything. But two days ago it lost the wifi signal, I took it apart and now I saw that the antenna cable is not connected anywhere, a small part is just hanging out of the antenna. No older soldering is visible on the wifi module either. I don't understand how he was able to detect the signal until now. Do you have any ideas?

Oh, lucky I to find a same type camera. My issue is the reset button in the circus has dropped down. I am still seeking for how to reconnect the circus so that it won't keep resetting.

kung gera po medyo mahirap napo yun kasi napaka nipis ng gears nun kung palalakasin naman medyo may pag asa pa try mopo palitan ng malaking speaker pag tunog langgam parin makaka bili ka sa ng mini amplifier board sa online yung 5volts 2watts amp para sakto sya sa boltahe ng cam ita tap nalang sa power source tapos yun input sa output ng cam speaker then yung speaker ililipat mo sa output ng mini amp
