Great minimalist house and location. It is very nice and refreshing to see one of these mansions empty instead of furnished (staged). those stone retaining walls have so much more character and organic feeling vs what the developers do in LA with plain slabs of concrete. this house is exceptional -- all the finishes feel modern yet warm. the architect has done an amazing job. i'm in love with this place! hope you guys come back for a tour when staging is done.

The stonework on the exterior and interior are captivating. The natural colors are keen and calming. That entry spiral staircase is EVERYTHING! A fireplace is always a plus for that romantic touch. This is a lovely, sophisticated mansion with many nooks and crannies that provide cozy hide away spaces, the pool goes on for days. A splendid presentation by Enes, Mikey and their entire team! Since you guys are/were in Spain. In my mind you guys visit Alhambra and start busting out a house tour: "What's up guys, Enes here. We're running out of mansions to tour so today we'll tour Alhambra in Grenada, Andalusia, Spain. The place was built in 1200s in classic Moorish/Andalusian architecture, commissioned by the first owner Muhammad the First in a 1.5 million sq ft of land overlooking the Plain of Grenada with the Sierra Nevada, the real Sierra Nevada I must say, on the other side of this complex. Mikey I gotta say I'm loving these geometric designs and Arabic inscriptions. The carved stucco finish is something else. It's so different from the houses in Marbella. Now on the left, in this stunning early Spanish renaissance architectured room is where the Emir kept his harem. Now of we go over to that side of the complex, that was actually the mosque, that place hasn't heard any Islamic call to prayer in 500 years. Now Mikey do you know the Islamic call to prayer? Let's just go play it from KZbin..." "Sir, please don't do that here" "...now Mikey this place also comes with its own rent-a-cop since it's actually a UNESCO world heritage site. But Mikey why is there 10 of them surrounding us?"
