This is one of my favorites. This is the type of home that stays in the family and past from generation to generation. I prefer a classic home like this where there is so much detail and unique features unlike the new homes that full of trends.

Having worked in production for many years, it is not ok to ask 3 guys working, to share a room, even 2, even if they say it's fine. Especially if they're in another country and if they're somewhere that's mostly vacant, or the client is an accommodations / real estate company.

🌺... It's OBVIOUS this is a very Minimalist Design and not for everyone and there would be additional costs AND there are a LOT of questions ... For example: Regarding Land or Urban Zoning Permits and Costs for those would be according to your Area .. Utility Hookups and Other Self Sustaining Options .. Foundation Requirements .. Extreme Weather Options .. And also Obviously not for Snow Country because of the Roof Pitch (design) which is flat ( 0-1°) unless there is another option .. And yes it could get hot depending on where you live but there are all kinds of ways to resolve that issue you just have that designed and built or DIY .. The windows are probably all Double glaze with high E Rating .. And you could have it designed with less windows if preferable .. Any window treatment ie; curtains or blinds etc. would be a personal design issue .. No Closets but might be able to squeeze in an Armoire .. And there are ways to hang things on the wall no matter what the material is made of ... ... It would be nice to know if you could buy other units to connect to it .. ***Greetings Everyone .. I hope this helped answer a few of your questions .. I have lived in and built all kinds of homes and this meets the basic requirements for 1-2 people .. now WHERE You can put your Home will depend on where you live and what country .. AND there will be additional costs as in the above mentioned ... So $$$ 50K USD is not the bottom line in Total Cost ... I don't like necessarily the art pieces on the walls and neither some of the chairs at the tables , but overall this house is very well curated ; so clean; white walls; spacious ; great room spaces and i like that movie theatre space.
