Briggs, these homes are just fantastic! Whether its Colorado or Georgia! I just hope this particular home, Is given a proper lot size...and not squeezed between 2 homes...a lot of the views were of these next door neighbors. Incredible presentation as always!

Thanks brother! Unfortunately, this is the trend with the majority of new communities that are in development. It’s VERY RARE to find a new home community that has decent lot sizes nowadays. I’m still searching for them and I will definitely cross multiple state lines to tour any that I can find! 🥴 Thanks again for watching!

About 35 mins to downtown Denver with no traffic and closer to 40 mins to the DIA with no traffic.
