The person who will live there is most likely a chief executive, enterpreneur, technology or captain of industry would wants all of the amenities included.I can see an oil tycoon, tech person, Black American, chief executive officer in this apartment. A house would mean that you pay for the service and maintenance. This apartment is nice with convenience.

I'm French and white, and I agree. I lived and worked in Lagos and Abuja from 2014 to 2019. Not to sound racist, but what an absolute disaster of a country at every level. You're right, East Africa is much better. I now live in Mauritius with my Chinese wife. The only good thing in Nigeria is the food! Amazing flavours!
