I am from a third world country too if not the born and made it rich politically made rich or the post Colonial politician generations the expatriates are the ones living in those estates. One of the largest farms in my country is owned by a colonialist his kids still run the farm though the sun is in jail for shooting a black man . You walk into a wealthy estate and the faces you see will tell you who still holds the whip.
