This apartment is SO DOPE. It's beautiful... Sujimoto really set his building apart and you truly get major return on your investment! One thing that struck me is how luxury interior is expressed differently by different people due to differing taste. Someone like me would like more of an open, airy feel to the interior with as much windows as possible. More obviously natural elements like stone and unfinished wood... and lighter blinds. And I would love if the bedrooms had a less "hotel" feel.

I'm always happy to see your videos. I'm suggesting you go into details so we architecture students can learn from you, especially when it comes to the type of finishes used in the design.

This is lovely. My observation having watched a few of your Nigerian property videos is that Nigerian design aesthetic is quite ostentatious but it works there because it’s suits the bombastic nature the country is known for. You either go big or go home design-wise

I guess, you, Thandisile, is known Locally in Soweto for your Hollow Nature . Don't be foolish and a Twat at the same Time.

You're RIGHT. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful but too flashy/gaudy. That's just part and parcel of the culture I guess

Shattapp Dia! Banana Island is More Expensive because of Land Scarcity in Lagos & Higher Demand as Nigeria has more Billionaires than SA. 99% of all Luxury is owned and developed by Nigerians unlike SA where 80% of your Lands and Luxury is Owned and developed by European Settlers. Give Nigerians Respect; you are not in no stand to talk to Nigerians until you build your own.You have a Higher Chance of Becoming A Billionaire in Nigeria than SA and i hope that speaks Volumes . Nigeria is The Wealth Plug for Melanated Folks World Wide. Forget about the whole rich and poor Gap and think about this " 99% of all Lands , Riches & Wealth in Nigeria belongs to Nigerians(DarkSkinned/Melanated HueMans)". Have you seen Maitama in Abuja ? You should watch TayoAina's Vlogs on Nigeria ; there's plenty of them and other Vloggers on Abuja. You should be Proud Of Nigerians albeit SocialEcoonomic Justice needs Improvement but at Least folks that Look like me & you are getting Wealthy and to me, that is mfkin Inspiring. I've Been around the World and I Know The Chances of A Black Man/Woman getting Richer in Nigeria is Higher than any Nation On Earth.

Nigerians are doing really well for themselves, even the wealthy from all across the world dream of getting to stay in Banana Island, decades from now I imagine the entire country to be more like modern America is in terms of development & quality of life for its people

you are so funny men like in any country even afganistan there are always good areas where only rich mostly corrupt politicians live but a avarage Nigerian person live in poverty its one of the most corrupt violant poor place in the world maybe if you compare Nigeria to like Congo or Uganda its fine but its like comparing worst rate restaurant to not so bad restaurant

Thank you for bringing us wholesome content even while in lockdown! I’m really hoping the restrictions in South Africa are lessened so one can begin travelling once again! The government has really done their best though I must say. Cant wait to start watching and shooting travel content once again 💃🏾🤩
