Eastwood is the GOAT. I loved the Paul Harvey "Rest of the Story" about him. Let's face it, though. This narrator keeps referencing cars and saying that Eastwood drives them every day or all the time, which is simply untrue. Thats a trip, I had a 1948 Chevy 3 window PU 3100 Thriftmaster also, blue, I live in Oakland, always have also, bought the truck at a Phillips 66 station on Park Blvd for $800 bucks, needed the three speed rebuilt an a radiator...I later sold it to a guy in Fairfield ca that worked at the Budweiser plant up there, he drove it all the way up Hwy 80 to his house, called me when he got there an said the 216ci ran great lol / PS Clint went to Oakland High when my Mom, Jane D'Arcy was there, different grade, her birthday is actually tomorrow, Feb 5th!, Cheers! great video!

Interesting coincidence: Clint Eastwood swapped his XK150 for a Mercedes sports that broke down. In the book; "The Odessa File" Frederick Forsythe has Peter Miller, played by John Voight in the movie, drive a Jaguar XK150, specifically because its stiffer suspension meant the car didn't explode when it crossed the railway lines. (The would-be assassins were used to European cars with softer suspension which would have exploded. For the movie, the car used was a Mercedes Sports, because Mercedes paid for the product placement, so the book plot point was overlooked in the movie.

I have had some cars also-----A .39 Ford coupe with overhead Olds v8, 2 black 56 Chevys, 60 & 77 Corvettes, 1972 De Tamasso Pantera,72 El Camino, 69 Olds Tornado and a host of other cars. DON'T SELL ANY OF YOUR CARS..I regret having sold every one of my cars..Cars are special, I get attached to every one that I have ever owned --even my 47 Plymouth coupe that I owned just out of high school..P.S. good actor..

What's the point in showing loads of cars that Clint Eastwood doesn't own, you might as well have filmed this video out of an office window as cars drove by. None of them belong to him. And by the way, a Morris's mini 'Traveller' is an estate car (what you would call a 'Woody' station wagon) with real wood screwed to the bodywork.
