This is stunning! Will you show more properties in CORASOL. I would be interested in seeing the smaller homes or condos. Is anything priced under $500k USD? Under $250k USD?

Hi lovely and thanks for getting in touch! For under 250K USD, not in Corasol that I know of however definitely in many other also beautiful neighbourhoods in Playa del Carmen. And thanks for the suggestion - yes, I do plan on going back to Corasol and filming more of the properties in this awesome exclusive residential neighbourhood :)

If the house is on a golf course those wood shutters could be so golf balls don’t break the glass especially if its on a golf course plus they give some architect look to it and probably helps with the sun to the roof nets keep the balls from hitting the glass doors and hurricane winds because its a tall villa …. i bet they replaced a window or two before by golf balls

Hi there, sorry I’m only seeing your message now. This is not in Playacar but rather in the Corasol neighborhood, another exclusive neighborhood in Playa Del Carmen, this one located in the North of Playa. And yes, last time I checked there were still a few villas available :)
