Love the sarcasm!! We must have been there around the same time bro. I ended up taking a taxi over to some sweet beach for the full ocean front massage and some local chow. Trinket town and the vendors were an experience. I have a feeling those random wandering dogs may end up on a menu at some point. 👀 Via Con Dios Amigo!

Costa Maya is a pretty place.. but it's over crowded. The walkway is too small and too many bumps for the stroller or wheelchair.

Will just stay onboard the ship next time I go there. Waste of time.

As far as ports go, it was one of the more interesting ones that I've seen and certainly one of the more active ones. In terms of the island itself, there's not much there yet. Probably a couple of good beaches and the Mayan ruins would be interesting, but in general, they are still a few years away from having a ton of options to suit all tastes
