As a fan of the channel harboring some pet peeves that grow a wee bit with each video release, my vote is that you consider accepting his assistance. ~ It would be awesome if the portion of the house/property that you're narrating about were actually the match to what's on the screen at the same time. A few here and there that don't include the pictures of some rooms/areas which information is provided for is understandable but dude, this is a chronic issue that gets frustrating to endure. ~ We could get drunk watching your videos if we drank every time you use a variation of the word 'oppulant' ~ This last one is small and probably just limited to me but I dislike the volume change from your narrating to the closing line you end the videos with. It makes me jump sometimes and it's counter productive to the relaxed vibe I get from watching the channel.
