We saw spy pictures of the updated etron months ago in camouflage, so it should be in the final stages at this point. They sat, more efficient and new battery i.e more range. Likely spring 23

The petrol engine isn’t connected to the wheels and doesn’t drive the vehicle, so it is electric. The petrol motor is just a generator
