Well done eboyn state ! What Dave umahi have done for the state with little budget have rose the question in some quarters what is imo , anambra, enugu and abia doing with their money. Imo state annual budget is 474 billion naira, Dave Umahi will make second Dubai in eboyn with such huge amount.

@5:07 why build those steps on what supposed to be the eighth lane of the running track? No serious athletics championship can occur in a stadium that has less than 8 lanes. In fact most modern tracks now have 9 lanes.
