This is a great apartment for New York standards... I love the living area... It's heaven on earth... the kitchen is reasonably sized, and the bedroom is the perfect fit. I would wanna increase the bathroom, but overall, it's a really good home... it feels cosy.

I use my *yutulu* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior.

I swear I have seen an apartment in this building before if it isn't this one on Cash Jordan channel or Serhant not sure. Nicely done and well organized I wish we could have seen at least one WC but ok and interesting to see a design that is functional well done Ms Fox and Matt and Summer :)

I like Erika and her style. The apartment has spectacular views of NYC and lovely decor, so it is definitely impressive. On the other hand, I find it to be impractical for everyday living, and having family or guests stay over, or for entertaining (the bathroom is attached to the bedroom). It's a matter of personal taste, but no plants with this much natural light is a like a sin.

This is actually a rare NYC Apt. a large person will feel comfortable in. The NYC hotel rooms are the smallest in the country. My mom and I barely fit into the Hilton across from United Nations and we were not that large back then.

Working in fashion and with the amount of clothing she says she got, and that limited storage I imagine the closet at the entrance like Monica´s from Friends. I promise I´ll never complain about my storage again. I don´t know why I asumed these famous people owned the houses/apartments they show. Talking about their landlord was a surprise for me. That sink in the kitchen, Mr. or Mrs. Landlord, really? With the amount of money that you get from these tenants?!! For me the best is how she made that horrendous wooden floor almost irrelevant with rugs and tasteful furniture choice. Also the sofa and the piece of furniture along the windows. Obviously the views too, but that came with the flat. All in all it feels serene and beautiful. The worst: I´m not sure, the kitchen? The white and cream galore? No, definitely the plastic tulips at the entrance. Manhattan offers fresh flowers in many corners, it was a good day to spend a few bucks. Inspite of a few things, most out of her control like the floor or the sink, I really like the apartment and she made a beautiful home. Thanks a lot for sharing
