The most impractical houses, you invite people over to show off your house, and now they have this impression you have money to sponsor their pet projects and dreams, and if you don't give them money they run off. So you end up alone in a big house...or end up with no house after everyone has conned you out of your money. I'll take the affordable suburban house in a good neighborhood and use the rest of the money to invest in things that create value.

The first house is way overpriced. The house has things that it doesn't need like the auto gallery and the large camera. The houses design is hit or miss. If I was a billionaire I would take almost everything out after I buy it.

Over the top houses usually is a hard sell especially to the extremely wealthy. It's very expensive to maintain and you're paying way too much for square footage that mostly 80 percent of the place you won't be able to use that much anyway.

The guy at 7:55 says that there's nothing like this in the country. He must not know about The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. It sits on several thousand acres, has hundreds of rooms, a massive garden, tunnels throughout the home and so much more to offer than that house. I'm pretty sure two of these houses can fit in the Biltmore lol (jk). But the home is massive. No one lives there, though. But it's the largest home in the USA. However, I get what he was saying.
