Love the finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen. I am not a fan of open closets though! Gotta get rid of that. Closets doors serve a very important purpose i.e. to help us give the illusion of order. 😆

What type of roadwork are they doing at the entrance to Happy Cove Estate, and is it part of the estate development, or just to upgrade that roadway for both HCE and ORCC? I believe the name of the road is called Martin Christie road to be certain.

Nice video. With tree lined roads it has a feel of UK. Please, what’s with all the Caucasians in the computer simulation, it gives the impression that the property developers are not catering for indigenous Jamaicans. That aside, the property is Spacious and reasonably priced as they are luxurious and within 3 mins walk of the town Centre. Thanks for the insight

Great video. The lot is small, but I guess at that price it's how it goes. Maybe I'm just too picky since I want that price but lots of privacy and a different vanity and more strategically placed windows for airflow and how about putting the driveway on the side with a carport. Yes, I'm picky! Otherwise, it's good looking for the most part, lol.
