My local dealer is cool , they treat me right * . I bought two bikes from , them . That friendliness does come for a reason , they want you to buy a bike from them eventually. Same local dealer , one of there managers told me “nice boots “ . I was like G thanks ! Followed by small conversation… then I got to thinking … these are just regular boots , nothing about them is special . It’s a tactic if you ask me . Prior to meeting this dealership , I visited a different one . Salesman was cool but they were eager to talk numbers . They did the 4 squares on me . I was so excited to potentially get the bike that I listened . They started with a super high number . They came down some to where I almost signed the dotted line . Then I was alike wait a minute, this bike msrp is is low 20s , here I am in high 20s still after all they took off to help me out . Almost got suxkered into purchase by them To those that read all of this , I hope yall having a good day

The boot compliment was definitely an ice breaker 😂. There's still some what of honest dealership out there. Ride Safe 💪.

I was checking out a Heritage. Sales guy was pretty cool. Then they tried to get $29K out of me for a 2023. June 2024. That was Riverside HD. In October 2022 I went to SDHD for a Reef Blue FLTRX and they tried to charge me $29-30K for a STANDARD…. not the special. Needless to say. Still riding my Japanese bikes. Now looking at a Versys 650/1000 or an Africa Twin Adventure Sports ES. Love that Japanese reliability.

They tried to get you with all these made up fee's 🤦‍♂️. Kawasaki 💪, I've been looking at the z900rs. Ride Safe.

Last month when I was deciding on a new bike. I would not even consider a Harley, why... because any company that goes woke doesn't get my money, "it's my money. I ended up getting a zero miles 2024 SV650. Just got my M4 exhaust today. 👍

Nice, congrats on the sv650. Did you install the exhaust?

I sure did and it sounds just like yours did with that carbon slip on that you had. I have a new ecu coming in so I can get that one flashed. Can your SV get the front wheel up on first and second gear with just throttle now with your ecu flashed & full exhaust ?
