❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Gentlemen, thank you so much for this interview! I love and appreciate the flow between you guys, your dynamic and insightful questions/responses. It’s an understatement to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the interview! Watching two men speaking (who are great role models within our community!) with such emotional intelligence, transparency and openness to discuss your/our experiences as people of color, as African American men, about social causes and effects, career growth, mindset of non-pretentiousness holding us back, sooooo impactful!…..I listened to EVERY word!….if I got lost in my thoughts or something took my attention away, I hit the rewind function so many times! As a woman from New Orleans, who has also moved away, many aspects of what you all discussed regarding Baltimore resonated with me because I believe many of the statements ring true for the culture, perspectives and values that I (and many) grew up with. Thank you for breaking down historical contexts that affect where you both are, where we are as people (generally speaking), and providing your insights for how to intentionally impact our individual and collective future! As a fellow creative, I appreciate you both because it is refreshing to see creative, artistic, intellectual, humble, successful representation! Thank you for your self-awareness, intentional cultural engagement/enhancement, community and people-centered consciousness! I hope this interview reaches the masses because it is so rich and I hope to cross paths with and meet both of you in the future, y’all are inspirational on levels that are beyond words. Thank goodness fate lead me to this video! I wish you guys so much happiness, great health and infinite success!❤️
