Friends, would you like to live in this apartment?

This looks like an amazing option for singles, although I don't think there's a really good place to work/study for long hours in the apartment. It would be great if there was an even more optimized space in the building for that purpose. Also I totally agree with the idea of sacrificing a few meters for a better view when possible.

HI! Thanks for the opinion, very appreciated! Also one of the good things about Hong Kong is multiple amazing spaces you would want to visit and use as a home office as well )

Unless forced to due to circumstances of work, I will choose to live elsewhere whereby housing is cheaper. I owned a double storey linked town house and a couple of apartments that cost less than USD500K in total. Their size range from 861sq ft to 1600sqft. I will never be able to afford to own all this in Europe, America, Australia, let alone Hong Kong.

That’s a very practical perspective! Housing affordability varies so much across regions, and it sounds like you’ve made smart investments in places where you get great value for your money. Owning multiple properties at those sizes and prices is definitely a luxury compared to the skyrocketing costs in cities like Hong Kong, Europe, or Australia. Your choices reflect the importance of balancing affordability and lifestyle. 🙌😊

The Chinese Filipino businessmen had copied this concept and offered to Filipinos at staggering prices! They made the condos to look fancy and setup shops in lower floors to justify their prices.

This concept is very popular. I saw the similar idea in Europe. The name is Wanderlocke.
