Great Video. I think this will mirror in much greater magnitude the Tatu City. I hope they build it to the same quality or surpass the quality offered at Tatu City which is like any US Suburb. This nonsense we now have in Kilimani and Kileleshwa where kids have no where to play, and safe open nature walks are a nostalgic dream must end. It is important that we plan our urban spaces properly. Thank you for taking the time to create this amazing content. Thaayo Thaayo!!

@Dan13Speed7 ай бұрын
@@ceciliahmwangi497 Can we stop ✋🏻 with the name calling. It’s important to think wisely before you write ✍️ something inflammatory. Kenyatta spent 12 years in a cell in Kapenguria shitting in a metal bucket 🪣. He did this so that you and I could gain independence. If he paid himself with 5 million acres of land across Kenya then he deserved it. If you went through the same humiliation how much land would you pay yourself with? The only problem is we forgot about the Mau Mau who were screwed right from the beginning. They could not participate in demarcation so they lost out of that and when independence came the home guards took advantage and grabbed as much as they could. Clearly this has nothing to do with whose father worked harder than the other. It simply means this is not a fair playing field. So let’s leave our fathers out of this as that discussion will only create hatred amongst us. I am in the diaspora. I work hard for my money, and if I am unable to own one of these properties, I will not blame my Mau Mau grandfather who was unable to participate in demarcation because he was a wanted man . I can only blame myself. If you live in the US and you own property. Try to double up on the mortgage and pay off your property early, then approach your bank 🏦 and get a home equity line of credit. The interest rates are low 3% -6% or thereabouts, depending on your FICA score . With availability of cheap credit, you can come to Kenya 🇰🇪 and buy whatever you want. The problem is I see too many Kenyans in the diaspora investing in Kenya 🇰🇪 before you have a solid foundation in the US. Don’t make that mistake. You cannot be buying property in Ruiru, while you are renting in Chicago or New York. That does not make any sense. Use my proven strategy and you will become very wealthy. Let me explain the math. If you took a home equity line of credit of $20,000 at 5% 360 months. Your repayment would be $186/ month. That money translated into Kenya shilling is 2.6 million which can get you a property that you can rent for 30k -,40k or thereabouts., so even after paying your mortgage, home equity loan payment, you still have positive income. Economies of scale on this formula yield better results.. Do this for 10 years, and you will be a billionaire. It doesn't matter who your father or grandfather is or was. This is simply using your brain 🧠 and a little hardwork. Your background or your family name is absolutely irrelevant. In some cases it becomes a liability. So often we see kids from rich families who can't get it together. They are lost in drugs and alcohol. A lot of that has to do with family karma. If you are a Mugikuyu, it's in your DNA to succeed. You have the ability to see through the economic fog and create opportunities where others see none. Let's stop the infighting. Help each other where we can. Peace and Love to all. Thaayo Thaayo

The sheer display of wealth does not impress most Hustlers most of whom are Sons and daughters of Mau Mau Warriors who languished in caves as they were running away from their enemies who were hiding in plain sight.Kenyans will one day need to have an institution that teaches young Entrepreneurs how wealth creation can be easily achieved by grabbing State Resources and then Legally acquire ownership documents using Political influence and power.
