According to information available, an acre of land in Konza Technopolis for a residential area is not sold outright, but is instead leased, with prices varying depending on the specific location and lease terms, but generally estimated around Ksh 24,000,000 per acre. Key points to remember: No individual ownership: In Konza, land cannot be individually owned, so there is no "purchase price" for an acre; instead, you lease the land. Lease rates vary: The specific lease rate per acre will depend on the location within Konza and the type of development intended.

Thank Nyambura for bringing this good gentleman to give an update on Konza city development. Unfortunately, over 13 years into the project and not much to show for. Ethiopia borrowed the concept a few years ago, currently there have finished n absorbed over 60,000 of their unemployed population in into their finished project. Most likely, Konza city is another government cow. Please invite Dr. Ndemo, who was the key brain behind Konza city to come and give citizens some insights on this project. I think this project has become too political. The former ICT CS initiated a similar project in the central region, which made no sense. These are international projects and requires cohesiveness.

Glad to hear that Konza management is doing something about wildlife management. I am just curious to know if the neighbouring communities around Konza technopolis are involved in the wildlife management. I came to see a property around the Konza neighbourhood in 2022 but my heart sank when I saw the skin of a zebra on the land and felt like the settlement is interesting with wildlife conservation. It could be that the zebra had died out of drought. I hope the wildlife will be protected by all and sundry.
