The toilets generally feel small, though it's not where most time is spent at home. Grout spots on the windows, though those will be cleaned before occupation I imagine. The windows are gorgeous. Plenty of natural light all around the house. Great property all things considered.

Lots of large windows with no metal bars though ! No matter how safe the area is still a concern, lifted large verandahs are nice but still feels something is missing . Overall good design but missing a lot of touches for that asking price

The property is well thought the the asking price is overboard. Again nowdays many people dont appreciate those super big and wide door they make place look like a church doors. If the glass is reinforced, that would make sense, but then that introduces the element of durability with sliding windows. Awning windows would serve better in this case. It looks like the fridge could go in the pantry which is unconventional. That space would usually be preserved for a freezer. A bit of cabinetry can be removed to fit one by the breakfast counter, but if the fridge is open, the kitchen entry and exit are blocked.
